Taco Labs
My prototype label for quick AI product bets: a gamified parenting app, an AI love-story book generator, a DeFi research agent and more.
What it was
Taco Labs was the name I shipped prototypes under in summer 2025: fast, solo product bets to see what stuck.
- Level Up Your Kid: a gamified parenting app, pitched as Duolingo for parenting.
- LoveStory: a generator for personalized, illustrated love-story books.
- ARMA: a DeFi research agent.
- Smaller mocks: an AI health coach, a persona-driven website-testing bot and a computer-vision test bench.
Most were mocks and spikes; the point was speed and learning, not shipping.
