MagicList is a side project that began as AI real-estate analysis, proved too broad, and narrowed to a pipeline that processes Notice of Trustee Sale filings into leads, with PostGIS doing the geography. It came with its own landing page and programmatic SEO.
It's part of a longer run of real-estate AI work that led to DealKept.
